The series and movie aim to share the good news of Yeshua Messiah with Jews and non-Jews in the most attractive way. Throughout the ages, storytelling has been a trusted way to convey messages and share ideas. There is no message more important than the good news of Yeshua Messiah: total forgiveness of sins and freedom for everyone who calls on his name.

Furthermore the productions show the astonishing fact that in Yeshua Messiah numerous prophecies have been fulfilled, which substantiates the claim of the Messiahship of Yeshua. Prophecies from the Tenach will be fluently woven into the story to show that Yeshua really is the Messiah.

Movies are a trusted way to share ideas while deeply involving the audience in the story. This offers unique opportunities to share the life‑changing news of Yeshua. This world is getting darker by the day. The gospel of Yeshua needs to be told as much and as often as possible, in every way.

Furthermore, the world of film has developed enormously, so that we are now able to portray Yeshua as never before. With 3D, special effects and animation we can visualize the life of Yeshua as ordinary film would not be able to. Using these techniques will engage the audience even more in the story.

A fair question. However, no matter how large the reach of a production is, there will always be groups of people that are not reached, because they need a different approach. That’s why productions are complementary, not competitive. It’s all about reaching out to the world, Jews and non-Jews, with the gospel of Yeshua, to save as many people as possible.

In the series and movie we portray Yeshua as a Jew in a Jewish society, familiar with all the Jewish customs of his time. If we want Jewish viewers to be able to identify with him, it is important to be as accurate as possible. It is obvious then to use the name Yeshua, as it is the Jewish name of Jesus.

Furthermore, many Jews have a different feeling with the name Jesus then with Yeshua. For them ‘Jesus’ refers to a western pagan God, not to their Messiah. We don’t want to lose them even before watching the series or movie, only because of the name.

The concept is initiated and owned by the Yeshua Productions Foundation, which is also responsible for the content brief. By itself the foundation doesn’t employ producers. That is why the foundation hires producers to develop (parts of) the production, in collaboration with the Yeshua Productions Foundation, which will monitor the process during all development phases.

We use techniques that have never been used before on a large scale for a production about Yeshua. The series and movie will be fully animated using CGI (Computer Generated Imagery).

We are a Dutch foundation, but that doesn’t mean that you need to live in the Netherlands in order to join. We have many meetings online: prayer meetings as well as production meetings.

We have no investment programs with ROI yet. In the current project phase, investments are being made to produce the trailer, with an estimated cost of 5 million euros. Once the trailer is produced and promoted, investment programs with ROI will be reviewed, in accordance with the financial regulations of the areas concerned. At the moment funding the trailer is driven by your passion to share the gospel of Yeshua, with an understanding that nowadays (animated) movies and series belong to the greatest ways to share the gospel with millions of people around the globe.
